Our dry smoked Savoy sausage is made according to traditional recipes using pork meat from France, a light and subtle smoking, typically French stuffed into natural pork casing and dried in our plant in the heart of Savoy for a sausage with authentic flavours.


Pork meat (origin: France), salt, lactose, dextrose, garlic, pepper, nutmeg, preservatives: E252 ; E235, ferments. Natural pork casing. Smoked with beech wood. 148 g of pork used per 100 g of finished product.
