Our pepper-coated dry sausage from Savoie is made according to traditional recipes using pork meat from France, generously coated with pepper, stuffed into a natural pork casing and dried in our plant in the heart of Savoie for a sausage with authentic flavours. The association of pepper with the intensity of the sausage will sublimate your aperitifs!


Pork meat (origin: France), salt, lactose, dextrose, garlic, pepper, nutmeg, preservatives: E252; E235, ferments. Natural pork casing. 148 g of pork used per 100 g of finished product.
