Our Savoy dry sausage with mushrooms is made according to traditional recipes using pork meat from France, generously supplied with chanterelles, stuffed into natural pork casing and dried in our plant in the heart of Savoy for a sausage with authentic flavours. The association of chanterelles mushrooms with the intensity of the sausage will sublimate your aperitif!


Pork meat (origin: France), chanterelle 5%, salt, lactose, natural chanterelle flavour (milk), dextrose, garlic, pepper, nutmeg, preservatives: E252, ferments. Natural pork casing. 137 g of pork used per 100 g of finished product.
