Our chiffonade of Savoy ham is made according to a traditional lactose-free recipe from beef from France, and cured in our plant in the heart of Savoy for a ham with a subtle taste of hazelnuts, salted by hand and thinly sliced. Its long maturing process gives it a slight nutty note which makes this ham so mild. Air-dried and matured for at least 10 months.

Recipe suggestions

Savoy ham, brie and tomato sandwiches



  1. Cut the baguette into 4 to make 4 small sandwiches.
  2. Add the balsamic cream and olive oil over the baguette pieces.
  3. Add salad leaves, 1-2 slices of Brie cheese and 2-3 preserved tomatoes.
  4. Add the slices of Savoie ham chiffonade.
  5. Close the baguette.
  6. Repeat the operation as many times as there are sandwiches and enjoy !
