Meat beef from savoy



Our dried beef meat from Savoy is made according to a traditional recipe using beef from France, and dried in our plant in the heart of Savoy for a meat with authentic flavours, an intense taste and a soft texture. Spiced with a mixture of natural alpine herbs and naturally air-dried for at least 3 months. A speciality from Savoie with nutritional qualities: a lean, protein-rich product, delicately spiced with a hint of peppery spices.


Beef (origin: France), salt, vinegar powder, aromatic plants, spices, dextrose, natural flavours, saccharose, preservative: E252, ferments.

Recipe suggestions

Dried beef carpaccio



  1. Make an express pesto: Gently mix the basil, arugula then add olive oil and parmesan. The pesto should be quite fluid.
  2. Place the slices of Savoy dried meat beef on a plate.
  3. Place the pesto on the plate.
  4. On the slices add shavings of parmesan and a few rocket leaves.
  5. Season your carpaccio with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  6. It’s ready to enjoy !
