Savoy Dry Sausage

Our dry Savoy sausage with hazelnuts is made according to traditional recipes using pork meat from France, generously supplied with crunchy hazelnuts, stuffed into natural pork casing and dried in our plant in the heart of Savoy for a sausage with authentic flavours.


Pork meat (origin: France), salt, lactose, dextrose, garlic, pepper, nutmeg, preservatives: E252, E235; ferments. Coating substance: modified starch, crushed pepper 2%. Natural pork casing. 143 g of pork used per 100 g of finished product.
