Deboned Dried Ham



Our Savoy ham is made in our plant in the heart of Savoy according to a traditional recipe without lactose and nitrate, hand salted with sea salt, air dried and matured for at least 9 months. You will appreciate its melting texture and its subtle taste of hazelnuts. 

Product awarded a gold medal at the “Concours Général Agricole 2023”.

Recipe suggestions

Savoyard Burger



  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan and brown the sliced shallots. Season with salt and pepper, add the balsamic vinegar and leave to cook over a low heat.
  2. On the burger buns, place slices of roblochon cheese and grill in the oven for 5 minutes at 200°C.
  3. Remove the buns from the oven, place the slices of ham on the buns, add the shallot compote, the tomatoes and the rocket leaves.
  4. Close the burger buns and enjoy !
