Our Savoy dry sausage with Beaufort cheese is a product of character with typical Savoy flavours. Made according to traditional recipes using pork meat from France, melting cheese, stuffed into a natural pork casing and dried in our plant in the heart of Savoie for a sausage with authentic flavours.


Pork meat (origin: France), Beaufort cheese (milk origin: France) 9%, salt, lactose, dextrose, garlic, pepper, nutmeg, preservatives: E252, ferments. Natural pork casing. 140g of pork used per 100g of finished product.
