Our Savoy dry sausage with piment d’Espelette is made according to traditional recipes using pork meat from France, generously supplied with chanterelles, stuffed into natural pork casing and dried in our plant in the heart of Savoy for a sausage with authentic flavours. You will appreciate the association of the Espelette pepper with the intensity of the sausage!


Pork meat (origin: France), salt, lactose, spices (of which Espelette pepper 0.2%), aromatic plant (garlic), natural flavour, ferments, preservative: E252. Collagen casing.140 g of pork used per 100 g of finished product.
