Dried ham from savoy



Our Smoked dried ham from Savoy is made in our plant in the heart of Savoy according to a traditional recipe without lactose and nitrate, hand salted with sea salt, air dried and matured for at least 9 months. You will appreciate its melting texture and its subtle taste of hazelnuts.

Product awarded a gold medal at the “Concours Général Agricole 2023”.

Recipe Suggestions

Smoked Savoy ham in involtini



  1. Crush the cream cheese with a fork and mix the fresh thyme with the fromage frais drizzled with olive oil.
  2. Season with pepper.
  3. On a plate, spread slices of Smoked Savoie Dry Ham. Place the filling on the slices, then roll them up on themselves.
  4. Drizzle the involtini with olive oil and enjoy !
